My name is John Love. I'm a full-time musician based in Chicago working for The Second City as a music director. My photography has always been a passionate hobby that only recently took a step into the professional realm; shooting headshots for actors, my first wedding session, family portraits, and a few different customized shoots. In regard to the camera from a technical standpoint, I'm a bit of a green hand . But I'm a green hand with a lot of fun experience and passion. I love documentary photography. Forever solidifying moments in life through photography, no matter how significant or how ordinary the moment, is one of the great joys in my life. Travel is another. I have been lucky to explore the world and I take my camera everywhere I go. I had the incredible experience to combine both documentary and travel photography during my years with Second City's National Touring Company. We toured all across the United States and I got to capture every moment of it. It was life changing and certainly fueled my passion for photography. You'll see some of those in here. Take a look.
